We are thrilled to announce that Cirque du Cambodia, along with the director, Joel Gershon, will go on a mini-college tour in April 2025.
We will have screenings at:

Our last screening took place at the Association of Asian Studies Annual Conference in Seattle on March 15, 2024, and it was a big success! We have since been added to the academic libraries of University of Berkeley and American University and we are looking to get into more libraries everywhere!
Our circus film came to filmmaker Joel Gershon’s hometown of NYC!! On Dec. 14, 2023 at 7 p.m., we had a screening at the Martin E. Segal Theater at 365 5th Ave in New York City.
G’DAY DOWN UNDER!! Cirque du Cambodia had its Australian premiere on Jan. 16, 2024, as part of the Sydney Festival. This was a HUGE honor to be included in such a big event!
We had a lovely screening at Cinema Beaubien in Montreal on Nov 26, 2023. Around 100 people came out and members of the film and key crew were on hand for the Q&A.
The Circus came to town to Manchester, Vermont on Oct. 7
That’s right, our film was screened in the Green Mountain State again, and filmmaker Joel Gershon was on hand for a Q & A afterward!

Another award for Cirque du Cambodia as the film won the DMViFF (DC, Maryland, Virginia Int’l Film Fest) that took place Feb. 25-26, 2023!

Our last screening was Nov. 9, 2023 in Gainesville, FL, at the majestic Hippodrome Theatre. A fan of the film from this area requested that it be screened here. Please keep the grassroots energy alive for this film and tell your local arthouse cinema about our movie!

We had an amazing screening in Long Beach, CA as the opening film of the Cambodia Town Film Festival!!
The film’s first screening inside a cinema took place on Sun. Aug. 29, 2021 in Middlebury, VT at the Town Hall Theater. And...WE WON THE AUDIENCE AWARD FOR BEST FEATURE!!
